Here’s why it’s a mixed review
The splendid Junior Suite was luxuriously decorated and pristine! Guests felt warmly welcomed by the exceptionally friendly staff. they provided helpful restaurant recommendations and invaluable local insights.
The hotel does have a few stairs to climb with luggage. Breakfast was modest—just a croissant with coffee.

The small breakfast with coffee, juice, and a croissant is a beautiful touch.
Although the room was decent, we found the lack of an elevator very frustrating, especially since we were on the top floor. Carrying our luggage up all those stairs was quite a hassle. We also struggled to find the hotel initially due to Venice's confusing streets, which added to the stress of our arrival.

We loved the Junior Suite with that canal view! It was so comfy, real clean, and quiet too, just what ya need after a long day explorin’. The staff was helpful as they come, treatin’ us with croissants and coffee in the mornin’. Right in the heart of it all, but still felt like a cozy hideaway. Couldn’t have asked for more, honestly.

The Junior Suite with Canal View was truly delightful, offering a spacious and modern setting that felt fresh and clean. Each morning, complimentary coffee and croissants added a lovely touch to the experience. The central location made it easy to explore major attractions on foot, though navigating the narrow streets with luggage was challenging. Staff friendliness stood out, and they went the extra mile to celebrate my partner's birthday with a thoughtful card and sparkling wine, which made our stay even more special.
